Good Grip With Extra Protection

This is probably one of the better iPhone casings I've seen (or owned). The silicone wraps tightly around your phone and is snug enough that you don't have to worry about slippage or silicone cracking. All buttons can be easily used through the silicone. The backbone of the casing is a hard formed plastic that clips around the corners. It adds much needed strength. I also own an AmazonBasics Shell-Case for iPhone 3G, 3GS (Red/Black), which is a thin metallic casing with a mildly rubber bottom piece. It is not nearly as effective an encasement as the Incipio. This casing is easily held by being slip-resistant. I've dropped my iPhone with the Incipio many times and the slightly thicker silicone on the edges helps. I don't know if dropping it on concrete from five feet will protect the glass face, but what will? The video stand is a silly extra for viewing videos at an angle, but it doesn't hurt. I'm still waiting for a bullet proof casing that will prevent cracks. Until then, this is as good as it gets.

Not worth $14

Most of the negative reviews get it right, unfortunately. This case is not particularly snug, and has a fairly prominent seam right where your fingers clutch the phone. The color (which was our reason for buying it) is a bit lighter than it appears here, and not as striking. For under ten bucks, this would be a fine product.

Last summer I had my phone in my pocket on a racing bike. I was in a neighborhood street when the worst thing happened ! right in the middle of the street, my phone fell out and rolled side over side on the pavement. The driver saw this and bless her for stopping and not driving over my phone. She held up traffic for me while I retrieved my phone and it was so cool to see that my phone had not one single scratch. I believe it is due to this cover. I really like it alot. Some people don't like it because it is not slippery and doesn't slide into pockets easily, but for me that's a plus when I put it on the car console or in my purse - it stays right where I put it!
Fabulous product

This is a fabulous product, whoever invented this product, used an iphone for a long time, and knew the issues. My last one got torn up by mistake and got dirty. It's the only one that has a place holder for the power button.
The right holes for the earphones. Very nice job folks!

I thought $15 would buy a nicer case (more so than the $6 option) and it is definitely not "burnt orange". My husband got an otterbox case so I guess my comparison to it is unfair, but when I saw this one that I purchased I was a bit disappointed. It looks a little cheap and washed out.
