I bought this case for one reason only: It's tough! This little rubber case does one thing and one thing well and that's protect my iPhone for drops and desk scratches. It also prevents sliding on slick surfaces.

Yes, the cons are that the case it more bulky than other skin-type cases. And the on-screen keyboard is hindered a bit by the edge of the case on the screen and the ring/vibrate switch is a tad bit hard to get to. The other buttons such as the volume, headphone jack, on/off switch, usb connector and camera are not hindered whatsoever. The case is easy to assemble as well. Nice snug fit.

Highly recommended if the what you need mainly is a tough case and are willing to overlook the slightly bulkier feel.

P.S. I don't use the belt clip and don't use the plastic covering for the screen. I prefer touching the glass directly.

First of all, when I got the shipment from amazon.com, the plastic frame was cracked. The belt clip sucks; It pops off with any sort of pressure. I will admit, though, that the rubber shock casing will absorb any sort of typical fall, short of being thrown or crushed

The case is very durable, looks rugged and sticks well if you need to set it on a carseat or console without it sliding around. The stickiness does make it more difficult to get in and out of your pocket, though. The plastic belt clip it comes with is very flimsy, uncomfortable to wear and it's difficult to get the phone in and out of it. I rarely use the belt clip and hope they come out with a better alternative that is sold on its own.
