Case is basically for looks only. Don't expect a lot of protection out of this case. Case isn't as snug as I would have liked it to be. If you looking for style then this is it. If your looking for protection the I recommend looking elsewhere.

I really like this case and I think other people are being a little overly critical. It feels nice and fits well. I don't really expect a case to protect my phone from repeated dropping. I've had it for about 2 weeks and the rubbery covering at the top is peeling a bit, but it's not a big deal. The peeling is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, because that is slightly disappointing. Overall, an excellent (almost perfect) case.

love the look of this case. not only looks great, but does a great job protecting phone as well! i dropped my phone on a slate floor and the case broke apart (where it was supposed to) and it kept the phone lodged in one half, so i was able to pick it up, lock the case back into place and go about my day.

Love this Speck design but has a major flaw. The front of the case has a THIN rubber coating that has peeled off within the
first day. It looks totally trashy now. There were reviews that made this problem public, but I wanted it sooo bad.
Anyway, I would never buy one again unless they change their design. I am really glad I only spent 19.99 and not 39.00 or
I would have contacted the company.

I loved the look of the case, but within 5 days of using it the soft rubber coating on the face of the cover began to peel off and expose the shinny plastic under neath. My case went from looking really cool to looking really cheap in less than a week!
